SETTING UP YOUR TECH BEFORE THE TERM BEGINS

The email you used during enrollment

YOUR PHONE

To set up your security verification (MFA)

Find the “Create Your PCHS Student Account” Email

  • Check your personal email you used during enrollment for a message from [email protected]
    (this is a legitimate PCHS email address).
  • Open the email and click the “Get started” button

Note: Check your spam and junk folders.

Complete the “Student Account Creation” Form

  • Choose a professional username (e.g., j_smith1)
  • Create your password
  • Submit the form by clicking on the “Continue” button

Note: After submitting, wait 1–2 hours for setup to finish.

Locate the “Access Your Student Email” & Set Up MFA

Note: MFA is required to access all PCHS platforms.

Confirm Login

  • Go to Microsoft 365 welcome screen.
  • Sign in again after MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
  • If you see the “Search” screen, your account is active

Note: This step confirms your PCHS student account setup is complete.

BEFORE YOUR TERM BEGINS

Check Your PCHS Student Email

  • Find the “Complete Your Technology Training” email
  • Click the “Start Training” button in the email to access
    the Technology Training Course (TTS)

Note: Completion of this course is mandatory before the start of the term.

COMMON ISSUES

Didn’t get the email?

- Check your email's Spam/Junk Folder
- If the email isn't found, please Contact the Technical team.

Login not working?

- Wait 1-2 Hours
- Make sure you are using your PCHS student credentials

MFA failed?

- Allow app permissions and try again
- If MFA still fails, contact the Technical Team
