NY Nominations Open for Student Council Positions open until 11/7

FROM YOUR NY STUDENT COUNCIL:

Dear Students,

Student Council Elections will be held virtually from approximately mid-November -December 1.

Nominate yourself or someone else (with their permission) to run for office by November 7th.

Do you know someone who enjoys social media, marketing, community outreach & event planning? Is it you? Do you enjoy those things??

Joining Student Council is a great way to participate in the college activities, build community, make a difference, and decide how to spend your student council fees (and you can put it on your resumé too).

The new Student Council officers will start in January and will run through December 2025, though if you are a massage student graduating in August, you will still be eligible even if you will graduate prior to that if you disclose status so that so all are aware that we may need to elect someone to replace you for a semester. In that event you would be eligible to hold an alumni position if you chose to.

Those who are in their first semester or are on probation with the college are not eligible to run for office but are welcome to participate in Student Council as all students are Student Council Members.

President

Vice President

Treasurer

Secretary

Sergeant at Arms

Multiple MSTOM representatives

Multiple Acupuncture representatives

Multiple Herbal Representatives

Multiple Alumni Representatives

Multiple Nursing Representatives
