Resolving Issues with Proctorio Support

If you encounter any problems with Proctorio, it’s important to contact their dedicated support team for assistance. Please note that Pacific College IT is unable to provide support for Proctorio.

To access Proctorio support, follow these steps:

  1. Consult the “Getting Started” guide for initial guidance.
  2. Refer to the relevant troubleshooting section if you’re facing a password prompt issue.
  3. Contact Proctorio’s support team via email at [email protected].
  4. Utilize the live chat feature for immediate assistance.
    • Note: To access Proctorio’s live chat, ensure that you have the Proctorio extension installed. Ensure your browser’s cache and cookies are enabled (disabling incognito mode is also necessary).

Furthermore, if you have the Proctorio extension installed, you can directly access the Proctorio troubleshooting page. Additionally, you can utilize the live chat function available through the Proctorio widget during a quiz or exam. You can also access the Proctorio chat by clicking on the extension’s icon located in the upper right corner and selecting “Proctorio.”

By following these steps, you’ll be able to seek the necessary support and resolve any issues you may encounter while using Proctorio.

The Preferred Name Request form enables students, faculty or staff who wish to identify by a chosen name other than their legal first name the opportunity to request their first name be updated in our systems for the purpose of being seen and referred to by their preferred name. Last names can only be changed by legally changing your name through the court system. Please note that Name Change Request must be approved by the college administration and once approved, may take 7-10 business days to go into effect in our systems. Please refer to the College’s Preferred Name Policy for more information.
