If you see an "Access Denied" error while trying to access the student documents from the StudentHub, this is likely an issue with your account that must be fixed by tech support before you can log in.
If you encounter this error, click on the Contact/ Submit Ticket at the top right of the screen
Or scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see the form to submit a ticket
