Students intending to graduate are required to schedule an appointment with their program’s Academic Advisor within the specified academic advisement periods preceding their final term. Students must also complete the graduation application form before the start of their last term. The application deadline is available on the Academic Calendar for reference.
It is highly recommended that students update their name and/or address before submitting this form. If changes occur after submitting this form, the student must email their respective registrar’s office to proceed with updating their information.
If you are receiving more than one degree, a separate application is required.
Commencement ceremonies are conducted annually, and students expected to graduate will receive communication from the commencement organizers.
Students deemed ineligible for graduation will receive guidance on how to fulfill any outstanding program requirements and will be informed if they may not meet the specified program requirements.
