  1. Instructions

    Please use the student portal during open enrollment to add or drop courses when possible. This add/drop form is mainly intended for students to add/drop due to exceptions or outside the open enrollment period. For courses taken out of sequence (i.e. that do not meet the pre-req’s or co-req’s as outlined in the college catalog model curriculum), please complete the “Course out of Sequence Form” or contact your academic advisor for guidance.

  5. Acknowledgements
    • By submitting this form, I acknowledge that it is exclusively intended for courses that do not require approval from academic advisors or possess any prerequisites/corequisites.
    • I understand that courses requested via this form must be added to my schedule before the Add/Drop deadline.
    • Any course added after the deadline will be assessed a $50 late fee and the fee and tuition will need to be paid at the time of registration.
    • Additionally, I am aware that drops involving courses that are 60% completed will result in a “WF” grade.
    • Courses in the Non-Matric program line do not qualify for financial aid.
