F23 Past Due Tuition Balance!! Registration hold!!

Dear Students,

We hope that you’re all doing well. We hope that you’re all excited to register for the Winter 2024 term. As registration for the W24 term is approaching on Monday, October 30th, 2023, we would like to get you prepared and all cleared for this process, please read below.

Tuition was due in full on September 21st, 2023. We have posted this on the Student Hub, at the beginning of the term, and we also sent out an email reminder. You’re all aware by now that if you haven’t submitted payment for your tuition, you have a registration hold because of that balance. You may have also accrued a late fee of $25.00.

The balance can be a remaining balance after financial aid has posted.  A payment on your payment plan that you have missed or a non-matric balance, which you all should be aware at this time that financial aid doesn’t cover the Non matric enrollment. The Non-Matric enrollments are for audits, Comps review courses, Comp fees, and anything that isn’t included in your degree program. Students usually register for these courses separately.

Please be aware that it is a student’s responsibility to check their student portal for their tuition balance.

Please go online and submit your payment immediately to have your hold removed.

Once you have paid, please inform us and your hold will be removed.

If you are pending financial aid, please make sure you follow up with the financial aid department by emailing them at [email protected].

We ask for your patience and understanding as the Bursar department receives many emails from all three campuses. Your email will be replied to in the order which it was received.
