The Chicago Clinic is hiring a new receptionist position! We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and outgoing worker to join us. Customer service experience preferred and Federal Work Study welcome.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking out patients in a friendly, welcoming manner
- Patient and staff communications, including regular calls, emails, meetings, and messages with other clinic staff
- Assistance with various projects to maintain and improve clinic operations
- Ability to problem solve, work individually and as a team, and communicate efficiently
We ask that anyone interested be able to commit to at least three terms at the front desk with two-four shifts per week. Schedules change every term, based on shift needs.
