    What’s this about?

    One of the highest priorities of Pacific College is to ensure that students are equipped with all of the necessary tools to be successful. This article will aid you in becoming acquainted with our various IT systems, and show you how to access everything.  

    This process will take between 15-20 minutes to complete.

    1) StudentHub

    StudentHub is where you can access all of the college’s online services in one convenient interface. You can reach Studenthub by going to

    You can access your Pacific College email from the blue “School Email” icon in StudentHub, or by navigating to

    Next, you’ll be taken to the login screen shown below. To log in, you’ll have to use your Pacific College email address and temporary password given to you by [email protected] email.

    3) Setting up your login password

    Before you can access your Pacific College email and any other systems, you will need to set up your password as well as provide a secondary email and/ or phone number. Please follow the steps below.

    • Type the temporary password you were provided then click the "Sign in" button

    • Next, you'll create a new password. Once done, click the "Sign in" button. Please note: your password must be at least 8 characters

    • At this point, you’ll be prompted for additional information, click on the "Next" button.

    • The following screen is where you will choose to enter a secondary email address or a phone number (for security and verification purposes). In this example, we will add a secondary email.
    • Click on the "Set it up now" link next to the "Authentication Email is not configured" text.

    • Next enter in your personal email address then click the "email me" button.

    • An email will be sent to the address you entered with a verification code.
    • Copy that verification code and paste it in the blank area and then click verify

    • From here you can either add a phone number (optional) or click the finish button.

    • Once completed, you are done with this step. Your new password will be used to access all Pacific College systems.

    4) Office365 Home Page

    The email login process is the same as logging into MyPCOM. Once logged in, click on the “outlook” icon to access your Pacific College email. Upon your first login, you will be asked to select your time zone. 

    Email Forwarding

    It is critical to your success that you receive important notifications from the college. For this reason, your Pacific College emails are being forwarded to your personal email address. Although we do not recommend you do this, you can unlink your personal email address from your Pacific College email address by following the steps here. Please note that you are fully responsible for any missed emails/ official college communication. 

    Want the newest version of Microsoft Office for free? Done.

    During your studies, you will most likely need applications within the Microsoft Office suite. If you already have the suite, you need to do nothing more. However, if you don’t have it, or have an old version and would like to use the new one click here and follow the installation instructions.

    5) Student Portal

    The student portal is where you register for classes, view your course schedule, view final grades, view your ledger, make payments, view attendance, and more. 

    You can reach the portal by clicking on the link in MyPCOM, or by going to

    Once there, click on the login button on the top right, and select the “Student Portal Homepage”. On the login screen, you'll need to use your username only (e.g. jdoe). Do not use your full Pacific College email. 

    6) How to contact us

    In the event, you can't find what you're looking or on our support page, you can contact us by clicking on the Contact button. The contact button is located on every page of our support site. This will take you to the form that will alert our team that you need assistance. 

    7) The eLearning platform

    Pacific College eLearning is the name of the college’s learning management system (LMS). Pacific College eLearning is used in some fashion for all classes at the college.

    You can reach the portal by clicking on the link in StudentHub, or by going to

    You will then be brought to the Pacific College eLearning login page. To login, please click on the Microsoft button and login with your Pacific College email (e.g. [email protected]) and the password you created in the above steps.

    One of the following training courses should be listed in your student dashboard*:

    • Live Webinar Version for TDACM Students - TTS204: Live Technology Training for Students in Online Programs

    You should also see your program courses listed.

    Just click the course name to enter the "shell." If you need any assistance, click the eLearning Support link that appears at the bottom of every page in the LMS to submit a ticket. 

    * If you view this before the term starts, your courses will be located in the Future tab of the My Courses block on the dashboard.
