Registrar’s Office announcement – Spring 2025 Term

We hope your Spring 2025 term is going well.

Please note that the Add/Drop period ends on Monday May 12th, 2025, at 11:59pm. Any requests to add or drop courses after this deadline will incur a fee on your account.

Please review your schedule in your Student Portal very carefully. You are only registered for courses status as “Registered”. These courses will display in your schedule and Schedule PDF document.
Courses status as “Pending Drop” in your student portal have not been dropped! You need to click through the registration screens until the course no longer displays.
If you need assistance to add or drop a course, submit an add/ drop form.
If you have any questions submit a support ticket.
Registration for Comprehensive Review courses will remain open (OM540.51, OM542.51, OM600.51, and OM601.51), you will need to submit an Add/Drop form to add these courses.

After May 12th Add/Drop deadline

To request a course added after the Add/Drop deadline, please submit an add/drop form, which will be reviewed for processing. Courses in session cannot be added. A $50 fee will be applied.
If you wish to drop a course after the deadline, a $10 drop fee will apply. Please be aware that dropping below six credits will make you ineligible for financial aid.
Also note that courses dropped after the Add/Drop deadline will receive a “W” grade, if the course has reached 60% completion during this term it will be dropped with a “WF” grade.
