Tuition Payment Reminder! Payment Plan Deadline!

Happy New Year!!

Welcome new students. Welcome back to prior students.

As a reminder, Tuition is due in full on January 22nd, 2025.

If you need a payment plan, please submit a support ticket to the bursar department with your full name and program.

Last day to request a payment plan is Monday, January 20th, 2025. 

Payment plans will not be granted after the deadline has passed. 

Please choose the correct campus. Please DO NOT choose the online option as your campus.

Please use your college email when requesting your payment plan. 

Payment plans will be posted after the billing process has been completed.

This takes place after the add/drop period has ended.

If you are in need of an invoice, please request your invoice by emailing the bursar department from your college email, at [email protected] on January 20th, 2025.

If you have financial aid, please hold off until your financial aid has posted for the term, to request a payment plan.  Please monitor your account on the student portal. If you are aware of your remaining balance after your financial aid has posted, please request your payment plan and explain how much your remaining balance will be on your support ticket.

The college recognizes that confidentiality is important. The college will make every effort to respect the confidentiality and privacy of all parties involved. When looking into the matter, particularly when a grievance is filed, the school will pay attention to any due process or other rights the accused might have.

The Preferred Name Request form enables students, faculty or staff who wish to identify by a chosen name other than their legal first name the opportunity to request their first name be updated in our systems for the purpose of being seen and referred to by their preferred name. Last names can only be changed by legally changing your name through the court system. Please note that Name Change Request must be approved by the college administration and once approved, may take 7-10 business days to go into effect in our systems. Please refer to the College’s Preferred Name Policy for more information.
