Walk-In Tutoring Schedule Winter 2026 (Weeks 3-15)

Just a reminder we will be offering our tutoring services through the online format, and we will have some in-person tutoring on campuses.

Please use the links below to either download teams or you can sign in through a web browser.  You just need to sign in with your PCHS email address. This tutoring service is only for Acupuncture/Herbs and Massage students. Nursing students have a different tutoring service.

All students who want individual tutoring will need to complete this linked form Tutor Request Form. I will email you back 24-48 hours after you submit your form. If you do not hear back from me within that time frame email me directly. You can meet with the tutors online or phone or in person once you have confirmed a time with them.  Tutoring is still $5 per hour you can discuss payment for the tutoring directly with the tutor.  Students will need to sign in with their PCHS accounts to access the Microsoft Teams meeting.

As a reminder when you join any of the Microsoft Teams meetings for walk-in tutoring, please unmute yourself and announce yourself so the tutor will know you are there. You do not need to RSVP for the zoom walk-in hours you just join the link at the time of the zoom meeting.  All payments are discussed with the tutor, and you can pay via Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, or Apple Pay. Whichever you and the tutor decide on works best. Tutoring is $5 per hour you work with that tutor.

The Preferred Name Request form enables students, faculty or staff who wish to identify by a chosen name other than their legal first name the opportunity to request their first name be updated in our systems for the purpose of being seen and referred to by their preferred name. Last names can only be changed by legally changing your name through the court system. Please note that Name Change Request must be approved by the college administration and once approved, may take 7-10 business days to go into effect in our systems. Please refer to the College’s Preferred Name Policy for more information.
