We hope you are doing well and staying focused as we move into the final weeks of the term. We want to share an important update regarding campus renovations, staff relocation, and our expanded space at 123 William Street, 14th Floor.
As part of the ongoing building remodels, elevator work, and the development of new instructional spaces, our staff and some faculty will be working remotely until the first week of December. During this period, all staff remain fully available and can be reached:

There will be no interruption to student support services. Below is the latest timeline for campus renovations at 110 William St. and for occupying our expanded space at 123 William St. At this time, the building has not shared a timeline for when the elevator work and building remodels will be complete at 110 William St. We will continue to keep you informed as updates are shared.
1. Nursing Sim Lab Preparation at 110 William St (Nov 7th – Late November)

Classrooms 11, 12, and 14 will be converted to Nursing Skills Labs

Acupuncture and massage classrooms will not be affected

Administration offices and faculty lounge prepped for demolition
2. 19th Floor Renovations at 110 William St. – Starting Week of November 17th

Phase 2 construction will begin with Skills Lab furniture removal and demolition.

Some areas may have restricted access during this time. We will communicate any specific details in advance.
3. 123 William St – Opening First Week of December

We anticipate opening the new 14th-floor space the first week of December.

Final dates will be shared once IT and network systems installation is confirmed.
