F25 Past Due Tuition Balance

Dear PCHS Students,

This is a reminder that tuition was due in full on September 18th, 2025.

Unless, you have financial aid, you’re using VA benefits, a CPT recipient, or Ed Assist.

You may also have a balance after your financial aid has posted or a Non -Matriculated balance. Please submit payment. 

If you haven’t submitted payment for your Fall 2025 term, you have been placed on a registration hold and you have accrued late fees on your account.

Please remember that registration is coming up soon. You will NOT be able to register for the Winter 2026 term until your balance has been paid in full.

Please submit your payment online to avoid holds and late fees.

If you encounter any issues submitting payments, please try the following:

  1. Clear your history, your cache
  2. Use another Web browser
  3. Log in as incognito
  4. If none of the above works, please call your campus front desk and submit payment over the phone to the front desk staff

The Preferred Name Request form enables students, faculty or staff who wish to identify by a chosen name other than their legal first name the opportunity to request their first name be updated in our systems for the purpose of being seen and referred to by their preferred name. Last names can only be changed by legally changing your name through the court system. Please note that Name Change Request must be approved by the college administration and once approved, may take 7-10 business days to go into effect in our systems. Please refer to the College’s Preferred Name Policy for more information.
