If you are unable to login, you'll need to reset your password to regain access.
If you select the "email my alternate email" option and press the "Email" button, a verification code will be sent to your personal email address on file
If you select the text or call option, you'll need to enter in your full phone number (including area code) and then press the "Text" or "Call" button, the verification code will be sent to your number on file via text message, or phone call
After you've received your verification code (via email or text), you'll need to enter it and select "Next"
At this point, you are able to enter a new password (this can be any password, including a previously used password.) Passwords must be at least 6 characters in length. When done, press "Finish"
At this point, you have successfully reset your password and can proceed to login.
